He had worked initially for two fairly large sized Companies on the key positions till 1988 and afterwards in February 1991 promoted Firm, G.K. Mittal & Associates a Jaipur based firm which later on turned nationwide consulting firm. Mr. Mital possess varied consulting experience which includes, setting-up new business, re-structuring and re-organising existing business, project financial Consulting, financial structuring, capital market (IPO / FPO) driven advisory, corporate law advisory, takeover-merger-amalgamation and scheme of arrangements related matters. He has been engaged with various prestigious, Business Process Re-engineering and Corporate Funding assignments. |
