Corporate Law Division

This division deals in matters related to Corporate Laws and various allied laws and provides consultancy and advisory services on diverse issues including:
- Formation of Companies (limited by guarantee, Companies u/s 25 and Part IX of the Companies Act., 1956) and LLP.
- Filing, registering, representing, attesting or verifying, documents including forms, returns and applications by or on behalf of the client company as an authorized representative.
- Advising and assisting Directors on the requirement of obtaining Director Identification Number (DIN) and Digital Signature Certificates (DSC).
- Advising client companies on e-filing requirements and filling of e-forms
- Providing services/solutions under MCA 21 including those relating to front Office/facilitation centers.
- Carrying out due diligence and search reports of companies;
- Organizing and managing shareholders' meetings on behalf of clients.
- Maintaining secretarial records and statutory registers including Minutes of Board Meetings and General Meetings
- Appearing, representing and pleading before the Company Law Board, Regional Director and Registrar of Companies.
- Providing adequate planning for Mergers, Acquisitions, De-mergers, and Corporate re-organizations.
- Filing of petitions before the Company Law Board.
- Advising on legal and procedural matters under various Acts.
- Consultancy, advisory and opinion forming on Company Law and other corporate economic legislations.
